If you are:
- Comfortable teaching learners from beginner to advanced levels
- Open to learning new ways to teach English
- Passionate about the English language as a tool for diversity, inclusion, and equity
- Respectful and curious
- Focused on supporting your client to achieve success

- Bilingual in English and French it would be a bonus (but not essential)
When we say “coach,” we are not looking for someone with an “official” coaching “certification.” We are looking for someone who naturally:
- Prioritizes practical clarity in human communication over grammatical perfection
- Helps their clients to set realistic language learning goals
- Understands the specific needs/timing/context where their client needs to speak English
- Is empathetic and responsive to the mental and emotional strain that learning a second language can cause in adult learners
- Helps their clients to understand how English is used by everyday people in everyday situations
- Holds themselves and their clients accountable for progress and improvement
If the above descriptions sound like you, we would love to hear from you!
Please submit the following with your application.
- Resume
- A copy of your TESOL/TEFL certification
- A short letter telling us about your unique approach to teaching English as a second language
Thank you to all applicants, however, only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.
